I would definitely recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn to make their own cheese. None of your libraries hold this item. There’s nothing like a nice lasagna or fresh cannoli filling made from rcki cheese you have made yourself!! Ok, maybe there is something ficki the water up here in Portland that makes you want to get in touch with nature — but after reading ‘Animal, Vegetable, Miracle’ — the urge to learn from the cheese lady was too irresistable.
